apps: thinker_service: translation: Gen fonts
This commit introduced a gen_fonts.sh script to convert TTF font to LVGL C format, based on specific dictionary. Also included a gen_dict.py to generate dictionary from cn_dict.h so only used characters are included. Signed-off-by: xychen <xychen@listenai.com>
